This second financing from BNDES, with resources from the Climate Fund, will be used to manufacture the next Eve prototypes and then manufacture the commercial vehicle. The fund will also be used for the aircraft’s test campaign. BNDES has been a key partner in the company’s vision for Advanced Air Mobility (AAM).

Brazil’s National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) recently published the final airworthiness criteria for Eve’s eVTOL, a crucial step towards certification. This follows a public consultation period and allows Eve to move forward with defining the means of compliance for its eVTOL with ANAC.

Eve benefits from Embraer’s 55 years of experience in deg, certifying and manufacturing state-of-the-art aircraft. Its customers will also have access to an existing global service and network, which is essential to ensuring reliable, safe and efficient urban air mobility operations.
