Fortaleza Airport is collecting donations from Fortaleza to take to victims in Rio Grande do Sul. The items can be delivered to the international check-in (door 1), 24 hours a day. Airlines will handle the logistics of taking everything collected to destinations.
What can be donated: drinking water, easy-to-prepare food, basic food baskets (without oil), blankets, sheets, bath towels, warm clothing, mattresses, pillows, personal hygiene items, dog and cat food and first aid items (bandages, gauze , gloves, thermometer, bandages and saline solution).
What cannot be donated: cooking oil, flammable products, corrosive cleaning items, gas cylinders, lamps, candles and medicines.
Observation: Donations weighing over 150kg must be delivered to the Central Fire Department Headquarters (Praça do Liceu – Rua Oto de Alencar, 215, Jacarecanga). Times for deliveries to the Barracks: business hours.
