Líder Aviação announced, this Thursday (26), the creation of the Integration and Business directorate, with the appointment of Maria Beatriz Bernardi Silveira to the post.
The new manager will take office on October 7, with the goal of improving management, efficiency and integration between the Business Units and istrative areas. Silveira ed Líder in 2007 and currently holds the position of Tax and Controllership Manager.
“The changes are aligned with a new structure that is even more focused on results and optimizing synergy between areas,” said Junia Hermont, the company’s executive president.
According to Líder Aviação, 44% of management positions and 37% of leadership positions in the company are occupied by women, and 80% of the board of directors is made up of professionals who built their careers within the organization, with 25% starting as interns or trainees.
