This Tuesday morning (29), Russia carried out one of its biggest missile attacks against important Ukrainian cities since the start of the war, in February 2022.
In addition to Kiev, the missile attack also hit other important cities, such as: Kharkiv, Lviv, Dnipro and Odesa.
According to Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Iouri Ihnat, Russia used around 18 TU-95MS bombers that launched at least 90 cruise missiles against Ukrainian territory.
According to local media, the offensive comes as a response after Ukraine attacked a Russian ship in Crimea.
This morning, Russia carried out the most massive air attack since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

On the other hand, Ukraine claims to have destroyed 114 aerial targets, consisting of missiles and drones. Russia announced that its targets are Ukrainian military and industrial infrastructures, however, videos circulating on the internet show residential areas among the affected locations.
"Today, millions of Ukrainians woke up to the loud sound of explosions. I wish these sounds of explosions in Ukraine could be heard around the world”, said Dmytro Kuleba, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The attack left dozens injured, with reports of more than 30 civilians killed and hundreds injured.
