Considering the high noise levels at airports, aircraft manufacturers have developed a device capable of alerting the Ground Crew about the various processes involved in flight preparation, so yes, it is possible to say that airplanes have a horn, but with the following nomenclature:
Ground Crew Call Horn being activated from the cockpit and from the ground to alert both stations about any operational issue during ground operations. In the cockpit it is identified as Ground Call and from the ground Pilot Call being activated through the External Power Receptacle .

It is worth noting that this device only has a function during ground operations, and is intended exclusively for the Maintenance team, responsible for the aircraft while it is out of operation.
